How to Verify a Stock Lot Supplier in China
Stock lot scams usually look the same: a great price, photos copied from the internet, pressure to pay fast, and a bank account in a different name. To stay safe, check four things before you pay: the company is real, the goods are really in their warehouse, every document points to the same lot, and the bank account belongs to the company on the invoice. A genuine seller will help you check all four.
1. Is the company real?
Ask for the registered company name, registration number and address, and check them on the official business registry. The name in the chat, on the website, on the quote and on the invoice should be the same company. 2. Are the goods really there?
Ask for a live video call from the warehouse, with today's date visible, and choose which carton to open. Better still, visit or send an inspector. Anyone who has the goods can show them; anyone who keeps finding excuses probably does not. We do video calls from our Wenzhou warehouse every day.
3. Do all documents point to the same lot?
The lot number, total pairs and per-size breakdown should match on the quote, the size chart, the photos and the inspection record. Photos should be dated and taken for this lot — at least one frame showing the carton mark or lot number with the goods. See our size distribution and inspection checklist guides.
4. Does the bank account match?
Pay only to a company account in the same name as the quote and invoice. Be very careful if a seller suddenly changes the bank account, asks you to pay a personal account or a "partner" company, or sends new details by a new phone number. Confirm any change by calling a number you already know. Our bank details never change by chat message.
Branded goods
If a lot from any seller carries a brand logo, ask what permission there is to resell it in your market. If you need unbranded goods, check the upper, sole, insole, tags, boxes and cartons. Tell us which you need and we will show you lots that fit.

How do I know a stock lot seller is not a scam?
Check the company registration, see the goods on a live warehouse video, make sure all documents name the same lot, and pay only to a company account in the same name as the invoice.
