Shipping Quote Checklist for Stock Lots from China
A stock lot quote should tell you two things: exactly which goods you are buying, and where the price stops. Two quotes can look the same and still cover different things — one ex-warehouse, one loaded on a ship. Before you compare prices, make sure both quotes name the same lot, the same quantity and the same delivery point. Our quotes spell all of this out.
Start from one lot
Write down the lot number, total pairs, pairs per size and packing. A price only means something next to the goods it buys. Stock lots are sold whole, so the quote always covers the complete lot.
EXW: price at our warehouse
EXW (Ex Works) means you collect from our warehouse in Wenzhou. Your forwarder arranges the truck, export customs and freight. Good for buyers who already have a forwarder in China or consolidate goods from several suppliers. We pack full cartons, film the packing and help load the truck.
FOB: price on board at a Chinese port
FOB means we deliver the goods to the named port (usually Ningbo or Shanghai), clear export customs and load them on the vessel your forwarder books. From the ship onwards — ocean freight, insurance, destination duties — is on the buyer. Ask us for a FOB quote if you want the export side handled.
Want it delivered to your port?
Ask us for a CFR / CIF quote to your port — for example Lagos, Mombasa, Jebel Ali, Karachi or Chittagong — and we will price sea freight for the lot. For Central Asia, we can quote rail or truck. Either way, check destination duties and clearance with your customs broker.
Packing details in every quote
- Individual boxes or bags, and carton type
- Number of cartons and pairs per carton
- Carton size, total CBM, gross and net weight
- How many lots fit in a 20GP / 40HQ, if you want to fill a container

Fill one row per field for each offer. Leave unknown amounts blank and mark them "pending".

- The delivery point is a named warehouse or port, not a region.
- Every charge is marked included, excluded or pending.
- The company on the quote is the company on the invoice and the bank account.

Do your stock lot prices include shipping?
Lot prices are EXW our Wenzhou warehouse unless the quote says otherwise. We also quote FOB Ningbo / Shanghai or delivered to your port.
Can you ship with my own forwarder?
Yes. We deliver to your forwarder's warehouse in China or load their truck at ours.
Can I mix several lots in one container?
Yes. Buy two or more whole lots and we load them together to fill a 20GP or 40HQ.
