Shoe Stock Lot Inspection Checklist
Before you pay for a shoe stock lot, check six things against the lot sheet: total pairs, pairs per size, left-right pairing, condition, size markings and packing. You can do it by live video call, by visiting our warehouse in Wenzhou, or by sending your own or a third-party inspector. We open any carton you choose.

The checklist
1. Pair count — Count cartons and pairs per carton, and compare the total with the lot sheet. Open a few cartons from different parts of the stack, not only the top.
2. Sizes — Check that the sizes in the cartons match the per-size chart. Note the size system printed on the shoe (EU, UK, US). See size distribution for how to read the chart.
3. Pairing — Every pair should be a true left and right of the same style, colour and size.
4. Condition — New and unworn. Look at uppers, soles, stitching and glue lines. Stock lots are surplus goods, so agree with us up front which small cosmetic marks are acceptable for your market.
5. Markings and labels — Check size labels, inner markings and carton marks match the lot sheet.
6. Packing — Check individual boxes or bags, carton condition and whether cartons are full. Every carton we ship is packed full and filmed; ask for the packing video.

- The full stack, an opened carton, an opened box and the size label
- At least one frame showing the lot number or carton mark together with the goods

Can I send a third-party inspection company?
Yes. Book any inspector you trust and tell us the date; we prepare the lot and give full access.
Can I get a sample before buying the lot?
Ask us for the lot you are interested in. Samples from a stock lot are arranged lot by lot, and the sample cost and courier are paid by the buyer.
